The SOC 2 Type II certification is considered among the industry’s best practices in data security. The audit process was conducted by independent auditors and informed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts (AICPA) Trust Service Criteria. Throughout the process, Stemly’s company policies and procedures for data handling were meticulously reviewed via tests on the organization’s security and emergency controls, and employee interviews.
